Alaska Heli-Mush
is a seasonal dog sled touring camp based on the Juneau Ice Field
outside of Juneau, Alaska (accessible only by helicopter) which
provides dogsled tours from early May to early September. The camp is
owned and operated by 2001 2nd place Iditarod finisher Linwood Fiedler.
Working with Linwood is a team of professional musher guides who share
the love of mushing with every guest.
Alaska Heli-Mush is always looking to hire good people. They have
openings for positive, hard-working people for Musher/Guides as well as
Support Positions. Their tour operation is from May to September for
their summer tours on Norris Glacier. If you think that working on a
glacier with a team of 25 people and 200 sled dogs appeals to you,
please give them a call or email and they will fill you in on all the
details.
