Location:  Hinesburg, Vermont

Fell-Vallee Equestrian Center (FVEC) is a large equine training and boarding facility owned by Jamie Fell, United States Dressage Federation Bronze and Silver medalist. Facilities include a bright, comfortable indoor/outdoor dressage arena, jumping arena, cross-country course and miles of trails and open fields to ride. FVEC also has a sister facility in Monkton, VT, which is home to their dressage horse breeding stock.

Internships are available all year round. During the school year hours can be flexible to work around course schedules. Intern responsibilities will depend on what previous experience the student has. Responsibilities may include anything from general barn chores such as feeding, turn-out and mucking stalls to training young stock and grooming international quality competition horses.

This is an unpaid internship but a great chance to learn a lot about the dressage sport and industry. All questions should be addressed to Jamie Fell.
