Internships & Careers

Welcome to UVM's Department of Animal & Veterinary Sciences'  Internships and Careers website. The purpose of this website is to help animal science students identify opportunities that will enrich their education and prepare them for fulfilling animal-related careers.

In addition to finding information about animal-related internship programs and opportunities, you will also find resources and ideas to help locate internships not listed on this site, summer jobs, study abroad opportunities and continuing education opportunities.

If you would like help or additional information you are encouraged to make an appointment with Fran Kinghorn, ASCI Internship Coordinator, Room 107C Terrill Building.

PLEASE NOTE:   Internship listings on this web site are here to inform students of opportunities that are available in all fields of animal science. While the Animal & Veterinary Sciences Department at the University of Vermont fully supports all work and efforts to promote animal welfare, it does not condone all animal rights agendas.
