VIDA is a nonprofit humanitarian organization based in Central America that helps provide free basic medical, dental, and veterinary assistance to needy communities and improve quality of life while offering volunteers from around the world hands-on, eye-opening, mind-enriching experiences.

For anyone who loves animals, it is impossible to see them suffering without wanting to do something to help. Spaying and neutering animals is still largely unheard of all around Central America. This results in the overpopulation of dogs and cats which leads to finding them on the streets where they are exposed to danger and disease.

Take the next step towards your veterinary career by working in their clinics.
