internships
INTERNSHIPS
Internships are in increasing demand for UVM/VTC FARMS 2 + 2 students
and may include:
- On-Farms - Ranging from one-week to six-month internships
in farms throughout the world.
- Industry - Regional feed and agricultural supply summer
internships (i.e. Poulin Grain, Feed Commodities International, Monsanto,
Hoard's Dairyman)
- Finance - All F.A.R.M.S. 2 + 2 students complete a one-week
summer internship with Farm Credit. More are available for those
interested.
- Government/USDA - State Agriculture Agency or USDA field
internships are available.

Morgan Greenwood and Brett Denny
Morgan was an intern at Yankee Farm Credit in Williston
while Brett did a full summer internship with the
Vermont Dairy Herd Improvement Association
Renee Nadeau participated in a six-month internship at Poulin
Grain
as well as an eighteen-month internship at
