189.510 HORSE RACE ON HIGHWAY PROHIBITED 

No person shall ride a horse, nor shall the owner of a horse consent to the racing of his horse, in a horse race on a highway.

CHAPTER 266. LEVEES

266.200 RIDING ON PUBLIC LEVEE UNLAWFUL 

No person shall ride a horse or drive any vehicle on any public levee except at a crossing of a public road or at such private crossings as the board of levee commissioners has established.
