Policies Affecting Student Status

THE SENIOR RECORDS CHECK

The Senior Records Check is initiated for each potential senior by the CALS Dean’s Office and forwarded to the faculty advisor. Potential seniors are mailed a copy of this record’s check.  Included with the copy of the record’s check is a letter from the Dean’s Office, instructing the student to review their academic record and any additional requirements with their advisor. The primary advisor and the student are responsible for monitoring all requirements of the second major and/or minor. Once completed and signed by the student and the advisor, the Senior Records Check is returned to the Dean’s Office, 106 Morrill Hall and held for the final degree audit in October, December or May.
