CREAM '08 Celebrates Successful Year

CREAM Banquet 2008CREAM  students, advisors and friends of CREAM celebrated a successful year with an end-of-the year banquet held on December 5th at the Conant Farm in Richmond, Vermont. 

CREAM
(Cooperative for Real Education in Agricultural Management), a program within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at UVM, places emphasis on experiential learning to develop interpersonal skills, teamwork, and practical problem-solving.  During the school year, fifteen students milk a herd of thirty-four and manage an average of 60 Registered Holstein and Jersey cattle.  This program provides a wonderful experiential learning experience for our students.
